ownership; and while we can't replace the legs on your kitchen table or replace
your best pair of flip flops, we can do our part to help keep your best friend
out of the doghouse.
SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO DAMAGE YOUR LUPINE® PRODUCT
INCLUDING CHEWING MISTAKES.........
1. Try contacting your retailer to see if they are able to replace the
DAMAGED item for you.

Simply mail the damaged item along with your name, e-mail, and mailing address.
They do not require a receipt or return postage. They will send a replacement
via US Mail, usually the next business day after the damaged item is received.
There's no need to send the original receipt or return postage.
