Standard Lupine® Shipping Policy:
1) RETIRED Lupine® items are in stock as stated and limited to quantities listed. These items are retired and not produced any longer by Lupine®. If you do not see it on our site, check with www.petexpectations.com as Jill has a VERY LARGE stock of retired items. Generally, we will be able to ship out these items within 24 hours depending on what day it may be. I ship Monday thru Friday, unless you have made other arrangements. If you are combining an order of CURRENT and RETIRED items, we will hold the order until the current ones arrive from Lupine (if I don't have them in stock) and ship the complete order at one time.
2) We have quite a large inventory of Lupine® items and will show all available Lupine® items as being in stock and available for purchase, Unfortunately, it does not mean we have everything here at the SHACK, all the time. In order to continue to offer the free shipping and keep our 7-10 (business days) delivery days (approximate) the following will apply:
♦ When I ship your order, I will contact you and let you know your items are on the way via first class mail (USPS). All orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation (no additional cost to customers)
♦ Please, if you need something faster, feel free to email me @ ordrs@sunshinemaryspetshack.com before you place your order and we will make every effort to facilitate your order
♦ We will still offer $7.00 shipping per order direct from LUPINE® - Your items will ship directly from Lupine® in New Hampshire, UPS Ground (3-5 business days). Read over our shipping policy page for further info.
