SUNSHINEMARYSPETSHACK.COM accepts VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. All orders must be placed though our secure shopping cart system. Money Orders can be used for your transaction, simply choose the "Money Order" payment option in the checkout process and mail it to us at the address shown below. We'll already have a record of the invoice details and will ship your products to you immediately upon receiving your payment. Our system uses state-of-the-art SSL encryption technology to ensure the utmost security and privacy with your personal and credit card information. SUNSHINEMARYS will never share (sell, rent, trade) your personal information with other parties. NEVER. In fact, SUNSHINEMARYS will only communicate with you by phone or e-mail in order to address a specific order or inquiry. PRICES & SALES TAX
All prices are subject change without Notice. As soon as the information is available to us, we will pass it on to our customers.
We will collect sales tax for residents of FLORIDA, as this is where our business is based. We will collect 7% State Sales Tax on all orders shipped to FLORIDA.
30-Day Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work directly with you to resolve your issues within 30 days of the shipped date. All our vendors guarantee their products against 'defect', but not obvious destruction, and will accept returns or exchanges in new condition.
Lupine®Collars & Leads

Their 'Lifetime', GUARANTEED (Even if Chewed)® is not only stated, but backed 100% by Lupine®. If damaged in any way, simply return the product to Lupine® for a free replacement. Refer to the Lupine® GUARANTEED (Even if chewed)® menu 'button' for information regarding the return process and address to facilitate the return/exchange. Prior to returning your Lupine® product please contact SUNSHINEMARYS @ orders@sunshinemaryspetshack.com for Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions.
Shipping Policy and Charges for all items ordered @ SUNSHINEMARYSPETSHACK.COM
1) We are now offering FREE SHIPPING on all items shipped from our online store. FREE SHIPPING will be shipped first class mail via USPS; the order will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to arrive and we will include delivery confirmation at no additional cost to you.
♦ The FREE SHIPPING will apply to all Vendors and their items listed on our site.
2) RETIRED Lupine® items are in stock as stated and limited to quantities listed. If the collar or lead is damaged, we will be unable to replace it with the same exact item. We will make every effort to replace it with the same size item in a current pattern. Generally, we will be able to ship out these items within 24 hours depending on what day of the week. I ship Monday thru Friday, unless you have made other arrangements. If you are combining an order of CURRENT and RETIRED items, we will hold the order until the CURRENT items arrive from Lupine® (if I don't have them in the store) and ship the complete order at one time.
3) We have quite a large inventory of Lupine® items and will show all available Lupine® items as being in stock and available for purchase, Unfortunately, it does not mean we have everything here at the SHACK, all the time. In order to continue to offer the FREE SHIPPING and have your order arrive within 7-10 (business) days (approximate), the following will apply:
♦ Customer orders received Monday and Tuesday, will go on the Wednesday order to Lupine®. I should receive this order from Lupine® by Monday of the following week and will ship out to you thereafter.
♦ Customer orders received Wednesday and Thursday, will be placed on my Lupine® order on Friday. I should receive the Friday order by Wednesday of the following week.
♦ Customer orders received Friday thru Sunday will be placed on my Lupine®order on Monday. I should receive this order from Lupine® by Thursday of that same week. Depending on the time of day we receive the shipment, we will ship your order that day or definitely the next business day.
♦ When I ship your order, I will contact you and let you know your items are on the way via first class mail (USPS). All orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation (no additional cost to customers)
♦ Please, if you need something faster, please feel free to email me @ info@sunshinemaryspetshack.com before you place your order and we will make every effort to facilitate your order.
4) $7.00 shipping option with Lupine® Products only (Drop ship Direct from Lupine)!
In the event we are out of any of the Lupine products and you want your item(s) faster, you will have the option of having your order shipped directly from Lupine® (commonly called Drop Shipped). You will still place your order on the SUNSHINEMARYSPETSHACK.COM site and will choose the $7.00 Lupine® Option. $7.00 per order via UPS direct from the Manufacturer - Ships direct from Lupine® (New Hampshire), UPS Ground and takes 3-5 business days. This does not include Saturday delivery. If your order contains items that are Drop Shipped from Lupine® and other items that are sent from SUNSHINEMARYSPETSHACK.COM , you will still choose the $7.00 shipping option.
Expedited Drop Shipping from Lupine® for up to a 2lb package to US addresses (except AK, HI, and Puerto Rico) are as follows:
UPS 3 Day-$15.00 2nd Day - $21.00 Next Day - $31.00
These rates are only available if Lupine® is able to successfully ship to an area via the carrier you choose. Please email me and I will call Lupine® and verify the shipping charges.
5) SUNSHINEMARYSPETSHACK.COM will offer expedited (RUSH) shipping on packages weighing 2 lbs or less to US addresses (except AK, HI, and Puerto Rico) in areas where delivery is available:
- USPS Priority Mail (small flat rate box) - $5.00
- USPS Priority Mail (medium flat rate box) - $10.00
- USPS Priority Mail (Large Flat Rate box) - $14.00
- USPS Next Day (Express) - $30.00 when available
- We will make every effort to accommodate rush orders but we can not guarantee next-day shipping without prior arrangements. These prices do not consider Saturday delivery. Travel-time counts business days, starting with the day after pick-up here @ SUNSHINEMARYS.
- No International Shipping at this time, as we want to focus on Excellence and (getting it right) for our First Customers.
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. If a package is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please contact us @ info@sunshinemaryspetshack.com, within 72 hours of the arrival date. Please refer to the RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY. Please be assured our products are brand new and have been carefully stored under optimal conditions in a clean, no smoking environment.
As you have probably noticed, I am encouraging ordering, questions, concerns and all other communications via e-mail. We are strickly an online store and we (per City requirements) can not have foot traffic to our place of business. To help keep prices low, we do not have Phone Operators 'standing by to handle your calls'. However, we do not wish to discourage anyone from trying to call and talk over an order or concerns.
