30-DAY SATISFACTION

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work directly with you to resolve your issues within 30 days of the shipping date.  All our vendors guarantee their products against defects and will accept returns or exchanges for products returned in LIKE NEW condition. 

RETURNS

We hope you will be pleased with every purchase you make with us.  However, things happen and SUNSHINEMARYS will accept product returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase.or fill out the form below.  We will issue a Return Authorization Number and Shipping Information. The returned  product must be unused and returned in the original manufacturer packaging with the original tags attached.  We will issue a credit to your credit card or send you a check for the full amount minus shipping charges upon arrival of the items. Shipping Charges are not refundable unless the product is defective or the incorrect product was shipped, due to an error by SUNSHINEMARYS.

  • Pet beds are not returnable for Health Reasons.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.

If you wish to return your merchandise, you must first notify us in writing via email @ orders@sunshinemaryspetshack.com or fill out the form below. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and Shipping Information.

LUPINE EXCHANGES 

The LUPINE products are covered by their own Lupine®Collars & Leads GUARANTEED (even if chewed)®  warranty.  Please refer to the information shown after clicking the LUPINE Guarantee button on our site menu. As with other returns, please notify us first, in writing via email @ orders@sunshinemaryspetshack.com or fill out the form below. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and Shipping Information.

Please email us @ orders@sunshinemaryspetshack.com or fill out the form below, prior to returning merchandise. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping charges unless the product is defective or the incorrect product was shipped, due to an error by SUNSHINEMARYS.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your merchandise, you must notify us in writing first. Send an email to orders@sunshinemaryspetshack.com or fill out the form below, prior to returning the merchandise. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and Shipping Information.  The return must be in Like New Condition with tags attached and include a copy of the receipt.  Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a store credit to be used for the exchanged item.

CANCELLATIONS

We process and ship all orders as promptly as possible.  If we haven't entered your order into the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order.  Please email us @ orders@sunshinemaryspetshack.com or call (305)394-9182. Please include your name and order number. Customized or Personalized orders cannot be cancelled or changed at any time.  Please be careful to proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos.

DAMAGED Shipment Policy 

If there is damage to your order, please notify us in writing within 72 hours  @ info@sunshinemaryspetshack.com or fill out the form below.  Keep all packaging materials on hand for inspection by the shipper. Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange.  If you place a new order your credit card will be charged for that order.
